Packages are generally sent within 48 hours of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS in Italy and DHL for EU and non-EU countries with tracking and delivery with signature.

Delivery is expected within 48 hours from the delivery of the package to the courier in Italy, while 72 hours for EU and non-EU countries.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage costs. Management costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition.

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or refund, which will not include the cost of original postage and packaging. We are unable to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed or are not in original condition.

The security thread present on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken. The right of withdrawal will be correctly exercised or the request for replacement of the purchased items can be accepted only if the Terms and guidelines for returns indicated below are respected.
